I don’t really understand your concern.
I live quite close to a farm, I have a PRS,

    Should I be worried?

Ah it just has no central heating so we’ll be using fan/convection heaters so I’m concerned the rapid change in temperature may have an impact

also there may be a security issue ..

Find yourself an early PRS Santana SE.  They're on ebay & Facebook for £200 or so.  If you can't find a hardtail just block the trem with a lump of wood.

Yamaha Revstars look like a solid bet too - good prices secondhand and typical Yamaha “better than the price tag would indicate.”

I have 4 guitars on the wall in a 5mx2m bedsit that has no central heating, only an oil filled, electric radiator on casters.
The place is a bit draughty and the temp changes in here wildly.
In summer, because its the 4th floor we get the sun all day, it's like a torture chamber on some days and we've recorded the temp in here at 35C once.
In winter there's a lot of heating going on and the heater is about 10ft from the guitars on the wall.

I've never had to do more than quickly tweak the truss rod every 6 months or so on the bolt on necks and never yet on my Gretsch.

I'd say the room is never colder than 10C and so far hasn't been hotter than 35C but in one day it can sometimes change through 10 - 15 degrees.

I wouldn't worry too much, they're not (all) made of paper and balsa wood.
