I’ve got a shredders guitar with Floyd rose and a flat thin neck. It is easy to play everything on it.

i want to buy another with locking tuners and no trem and I’m looking at fender but they are harder to play in my opinion.

What makes the neck better for blues playing when it’s high action and curved neck? Is it just style and tone?

I have my action high so the strings don't buzz on the frets.

With shredding I think you're playing the notes very lightly because you just basically want it to make that note for the 64th or whatever but with blues you sometimes really dig in with feeling and the notes can last for a bar or more so need the sustain.

I think people just get used to higher action after a while.

Heavy strings and a high action make your fingers hurt so you can perfect the "blues face" more easily.
