You can buy the guitar new for much less than that price. Without the headstock adjustment.

if you are going to go to the lengths of altering the shape of the bart Simpson headstock and putting a Gibson waterslide (looks like its trying to slide off) logo on it. Perhaps change the pickguard. And make the logo the right size or postion it a bit better

Beyond the obvious, inept, attempts to defraud, I never understand why people do this. There is no shame in owning budget instruments. If anything, being able to extract musical noises out of one demonstrates skill.

I have a JHS/Vintage V940B bass guitar. After a pickups and EQ transplant, it records very nicely thank you. From a distance, this bass looks stock. Casual thieves will dismiss it and preferentially nick somebody else's "name" brand gear.
