I'm gonna see how a couple of these in A2 size are, any idea how thick the clearsonic ones are?

Clearsonic panels are 1/4" thick. I made my own from 6mm acrylic and bought the genuine clearsonic hinge from StudioSpares .  You do have to machine a small v groove with a router   but it's an easy job.
