Boss Metal Zone MT-2 £35
The much maligned Boss Metal Zone MT-2. It's a funny one this. Bought it to get a particular sound and managed to get it. You need to spend some time tweaking the EQ though.

To be honest it's not the greatest distortion but if you need a 'metal' sound for just one song it's not as bad as you'd be led to believe. Anyhow, conscious that I'm trying too hard to sell...
