Surf strat - saddles help please!

What's Hot
I've been doing a bit more on my surf machine which started life as a vintage sunburst squier standard.  I had previously painted the body and bought a pre-wired pickguard from Axes R Us which is Alnico II with cloth wire etc and vintage off white pickguard PUP covers knobs etc.

I have now refinished the neck by sanding the satin finish on the very white neck and wiping on Osmo amber as recommended by @Gizmo and @lovestrat74 which I am really pleased with.  I couldn't get rid of the stain on the neck which was on there when i bought it from gumtree.  It is tinted subtly but enough so it doesn't look too white.

I also have changed the saddles to bent steel.  In my haste to make the change I removed the old saddles wihout noting their position. I've battled the tremolo and now need to sort the saddles.  I know it should be oughly 3/32 inch for the two e strings, should i follow the same height for the other strings to follow the neck or is there a usual height I should be working to on on a 9.5 radius?

Still other bits to do I will get some vintage tuners in the future and probably a bone nut.  But really please with it so far:

Set them like this to start with and it won't be too far off - bear in mind that the E saddle screws are shorter than the other four.

Put the springs straight in the back too - and you'll probably want three unless you've got unusually light strings on it.

Thanks @ICBM I've done that and added an extra spring, as I'm a muppet I didn't loosen the high e string enough while I moved the springs around which snapped and luckily for me cut my thumb before it reached my eye : )

When I set it up previously using two springs let me use my palm for vibrato as I don't like the arm, but I was having trouble keeping it in tune for long sine putting it back together,  which is now sorted.
