    From my perspective what I mean is that either

    1. I use the whammy bar and the strings come back sharp or flat to a degree that makes it difficult to finish a song
    2. I bend a string and the string comes back flat - again such that it becomes difficult to finish a song.

    in both cases, the guitar sounds obviously and unpleasantly out of tune.

    I would definitely agree that would be the criteria for tuning problems
