Open to colours inlays etc, would prefer a maple neck but could be tempted by a nice bit of rosewood.

Condition wise as long as the frets are good I’m not too precious!

Good spot – worth investigating, I'd say. They don't come up very often, and they look (IMHO) much nicer in solid colours than in the various bursts.
