Not entirely sure - it could be V1 as it doesn't have the soft switch (which I believe may be the only difference).

Does it have top jacks? Normally I wouldn't care that much but it wont fit on my board otherwise.

Yep, top jacks. Has black felt bag but no original box, and it will definitely be wrapped securely (obviously).
