I notice this is in the same location as the too-cheap-to-be-true Traynor amp - same seller? Someone just wanting a quick clear-out, or something more dodgy?

If I`m not mistaken, these were like 500-600 when new.
And yes.....what you`ve said are the two most probable scenarios......either a clearout or a possible scam(maybe more probable option, being a gumtree ad).
