Hold out for a White Dot Sunlion. I’ve seen the last two go for £400 on eBay.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately that’s the standard NKT red dot (still available to buy new from Analogman). I already have one of those and it is absolutely killer! Haha

Also not interested in Sunlion. Must be a Sunface I’m afraid.

@hyperben How come? Surely a Sunlion would be greater value for money?

Yes you’re right a Sunlion is technically better value for money. Two reasons really. Number one is I’m a collector so I’m trying to obtain specific pieces for my collection. Number two is I’m just not that keen on combo pedals. It takes up more pedalboard space and takes away flexibility when choosing order of fx etc. Doesn’t mean I wouldn’t be interested in a Sunlion, I just wouldn’t be prepared to pay as much for one. I think this view is held by others as white dot Sunlions tend to go for £400 on eBay and white dot Sunfaces £400-450. That doesn’t make sense with the Sunlion being two pedals in one really so desirability must have something to do with it.

Are you after a standard or high gain one, @hyperben? The standard gain ones ran out long before the high gain.

I’m after standard gain. I have a CV7005 Sunface already which is meant to be the same as the high gain NKT275 white dot. It’s really great but not quite as crystal clear clean up as the standard gain.

Standard gain version from 2002 here, amazing in many ways. Good luck with the search
