Flame Top Orville Les Paul 1996 MIJ - Lovely example inc new Gator LP case £685

The guitar has a few minor surface marks and tiny dinks but is in very good condition, no fret wear and absolutely no issues. Mahogany body, maple cap, long tenon with a stunning flame top. The binding and block inlays are aging nicely, good weight 8.8lbs and am confident the guitar is all original aside from a replacement bone nut and Schaller strap locks.

Professionally set up and strung with 10 – 46 Ernie Balls with an exceptionally low choke free action. Plays great, sounds superb. Very impressed with the grunt and clarity of the pickups. They really do sound the business.

    For absolute clarity the flame figure is from a photo-flame veneer over a plain maple cap. Orville's are great guitars and I have owned quite a few so :)
