Hi. 
Would a Squire Mustang neck fit my Telecaster. 
I do like the guitar but find the neck uncomfortable and the Mustang being short scale may make it better.

I don't think you'd be able to intonate it properly. The bridge would be too far back. You can get Gibson scale length conversion necks. Not sure if short scale conversion necks are easily available.

I'm afraid the answer is no.  A mustang is 24" scale length and a tele is 25.5".  The bridge would therefore have to be brought forward 1.5" for it to work which, on a tele, is clearly not feasible.

No - in several respects.

• the scale length difference
• the Mustang neck has a rounded end, the Telecaster pocket has a square end
• the neck pocket would need extending about one inch towards the bridge
• after this shift, the neck screws through the body would align with the rounded portion of the neck.

Even if a short scale conversion neck could be found to fit, it will alter the sound of the Telecaster. You might not like the result.

Rather than speculate, go and try a few Fender/Squier short scale guitar models - Mustang, Duosonic, Bronco, Musicmaster, Jaguar. See how you get on with these necks before committing any funds.
