Trying to remember a Fender model from late 80's - Early 90's

so while working in Dawsons Music I remember there was a guitar that I am %90 sure was a Fender strat model of some sort. It was designed to be a shredder and I think may have been one of the "strat" model headstocks in black, certainly had a black Fender headstock. I'm not %100 sure if it had a floyd on it, but I'm reasonably sure it did, I think it was a s-s-h pickup configuration but not %100 sure on this. The finish on it was black/dark blue, with like a cracked neon blue all over it, sort of like electrical lightning.

Anyone remember this model or if it was actually Fender, the Jackson in classifieds made me think about it.

it was the Fender version of that ! it was just "blue" though, not red and blue, I remember it as we had the red and blue squire further down the hangers, this is it.

nope, exactly like the squire, same blue and everything, but just the blue, rather than the blue and red, maybe a tad darker blue but from memory it was the same.

Sounds more like a Washburn or Charvel finish than a Fender one tbh.

it was almost identical to that bottom finish, but it was Fender, it was pretty much the Fender model of the squire that is posted a few posts up, blue and red, but just the blue, I think it's the HM strat as everyone is suggesting. Love that last one too though.

Well try as I might, I can't find a Fender one anywhere!

I couldn't either, that's why I asked, but as soon as I saw the squire and the HM strat it came back to me a lot clearer, it was rosewood board, still not %100 clear, but it's clearer than it was.
