New Schecter C-1 series

Let me first start with that: I don't play metal and hate pointy guitars. But lately I find myself browsing for a shreading beast that will unlock my hidden super powers so that I won't have to practice anymore. 

So today and found this:





These are to substitute the old Blackjack models and are available for pre-order only.  

The specs are very cool: ebony fretboard, stainless steel frets, Hipshot bridge and even Carbon Fiber reinforcement rods. Something like MM Petrucci but far more cheaper.  This guitar seems to be a winner. What do you guys think?

I'm no shredder but I like that a lot. The fade finish is fab, and keeping it all monochrome ticks boxes for me. Only thing I'm not crazy about is the offset fretboard dots.
But yeah, belter!

I think it sounds great. £1300 seems like a lot and id be more inclined to get an Ibanez AZ.

Schecter's import line has come on leaps and bounds in recent years.

I like the new Sun Valley Super Shredder, particularly the Sustainiac-equipped models:
