Love that game. I liked the way as you approached those hives you could hear the music getting louder and then when you ripped it the metal would kick in and literally all hell would break loose. I am not usually a fan of this kind of metal but it really works here.

The composer is a genius. His channel is full of great videos, including some explanations behind the compositions in doom. 

Like how one theme has the chainsaw sound from the original doom mixed into the guitar tone. Which is cool. 

And how others have subliminal messages written into the soundwaves.
