I have my eye on something vintage and that means finding new home for these cracking Heritage guitars.

Both have been owned by me since new and are in stunning, collectors condition. They have never been gigged and have been treated as the treasured possessions they are.

They can viewed / tried in Dorking, Surrey or be shipped in original cases and shipping containers at cost

As I have my eye on something, I'm afraid I'm not in the market for trades

2014 H150 in tobacco burst with a stunning top in 10/10 condition - £1,750

Unlike most H150s, this one weighs in a 8lb 11oz rather than being over 10lbs and the neck profile is also a very Historic like 0.88" at the 1st fret and 1.0" at the 12th, albeit with a little less shoulder

The guitar was fret dressed by the fine gentlemen of @FelineGuitars as a new guitar in Jan 2015 and plays beautifully
  • One piece Honduras back
  • Indian rosewood board with mop inlays
  • Oil City Masterwound Beano PAFs and with a Peter Green phase flip on a push / push via the bridge tone pot
  • Tusq Nut
  • Grovers
  • Tone Pros Bridge
  • 50s wiring with CTS pots and Mallorys
  • Original clean case
  • Dunlop Strap locks
I have A/B'ed this guitar extensively with my own R8 and it is absolutely comparable in terms of tone and better built. It's genuinely seen off around 5 other Historic and luthier spec guitars that I've compared it to

The original scratch plate is in the case and has never been fitted

Heritage H535 in old style sunburst in 9.5/10 condition - £1,650

This is Heritage's version of an ES335, with a lighter (more vintage) body and the 'Mickey Mouse ears' - I sold a Memphis 335 to keep this one!

The neck profile on this one is very similar to the H150 - I measure it at 0.88" at the 1st and 0.97" at the 12th
  • Maple Laminate body
  • Mahogany neck
  • Seymour Duncan 59 pups
  • 50s wiring with CTS pots and some very nice POI caps that I thought would make a difference once (work done by @FelineGuitars along with a fret dress)
  • Tusq Nut
  • Grovers
  • Tone Pros Bridge
  • Original clean case
  • Dunlop Strap locks
I've given this a 9/10 for condition for 2 reasons

1) there is a small nitro blemish on the back of the neck. It's been there since new and it cannot be felt when you play
2) on the lower rear bout there is a small indent - looks like it was made by a fingernail and I believe it's actually under the lacquer

Both are pictured in detail below with a biro to give a since of scale

Firstly have a bump for picture quality.

Second you're in Dorking - small world! If you fancy a laugh come to the Star tonight at 7 and watch me and others play the RockProject gig. (It's private, say Matt invited you).

    Hope our tracks cross, GLWTS.

(I'm in the market for a Les Paul and probably try yours - but have been thinking of something more worn and less pretty).

    Cheers Gent!

@pmbomb - cool - I'll only in North Homlwood, so will try and pop down and say hi

Weathered Lesters are great, but much better when it's you're sweat and miles than someone else's! ..you're very welcome to come and have a look, but be careful as you might find it hard to walk away :-)

I'm the bloke with the Schecter stratalike. Be warned, standards will vary!

I'm too old to wear in a Lester - not enough runway. But I appreciate your point for sure.

I had a lovely H535 a few years back in the same finish as this H150. Still kicking myself for selling it. Having owned that and a '63 Reissue ES335 the Heritage was hands down the better instrument. I've settled on a Collings Soco now, but those Heritage guitars have got soul!

I’m another H535 owner (funnily enough, with a set of Oil City Beanos in) and they are great guitars! GLWTS
