In Praise of Bright Onion Pedals

More than a few years ago I ordered an active ABY switch from BOP, I was using a two amp rig and this was core to the setup.
I've used it constantly since getting it but recently the A+B led was on/flickering no matter whether the switch was on or off. 

I contacted James at BOP to see if there was an easy fix. He offered some guidance but it didn't solve the problem. 
He asked me to send the pedal in and he would fix it. For free. 
Sent it off on Monday, got it back yesterday all fixed.  

It was well out of warranty, but he really stands behind his products.
