SGs and facial hair?

I have just acquired an SG and (save the eternally underaged oz) have noticed that anyone with a degree of fame with said device has a huge 70s pimp moustache.

Iommi, Zappa, Moody...

Must I follow suit to seal the faustian bargain?

Or just regularly consume sambuca to keep it in chack?

That’s the ‘SG issue’ - most mere mortals can’t get away with one without some kind of stylistic modification.... Which usually involves leather....
