I love Annie Clark’s music and I love the St Vincent guitar. The only instrument I hanker after at the moment.

I prefer the blue one nice to see the old Kay acoustic covered in paper making a return with the Silverstone amp though!

It’s funny, but every time the St Vincent guitar crops up on the forum there’s always comments along the lines of ‘it’s alright for her, it’s a young persons guitar...’ Once someone hits 40 are they s’posed to sit in a corner with a jazz box making polite noodling noises? I get that’s it’s a divisive shape - as the OP stated - but what’s that got to with age or gender?
And for the record - Annie Clark’s 35.

Just got back in from the first gig with it. Loved every minute, sounded great and is surprisingly comfortable when you get used to it.

Minor downsides are I fluffed a few notes in the first set as the neck is further to the left than I'm used to. Also that upper bit where you rest your arm protrudes quite a bit and as such I managed to give it it's first ding and I've only had it a day. But hey, best to get it out the way now!
