That's a shame, I only live a few minutes walk from there too. And I played my last ever gig there with my band.

and hot on the 'weirdy news' of Neil Finn in Fleetwood Mac, we have Gary Kemp now involved with this project.
I wonder if Gary will remind Guy Pratt of this :)

Please tell me it will all be Binson, Selmer and Fuzzface... not off-stage PODs and IEMs.

Pretty much. Kemp is using a 1974 Hiwatt SA212 sold to him by @tomb11112 of this parish.

I'll get a pic of Lee Harris' board.

    Kemp using his Cornish rig.

Does this have Mr Kemp the ex-guitarist with Spandau Ballet and one time Kray twin?

Isn't that a bit of overkill pedal wise if they are playing Barrett era floyd?

Surely an echorec and fuzz pedal would be suffice? Maybe an octavia as well. That looks like it's trying to ape a much later Gilmour board

Dave Gilmour played some of the tracks on the album as did Syd Barrett. It was reportedly the only time that all 5 members of the band worked together.

Even so - DG wasnt using that level of effect then.

Personally if @gassage was advising then he's either vicariously buying/advising on Lee's behalf or he's lined up all the gear he wants hoping to snaffle it in and "end of tour" fire sale!!

I'd have liked to gone  to that - tiny venues, but I can see why it would be way more fun for Nick Mason and the band.
Great  drum part half way through Saucerful too.
I bet they squeeze in Careful with that Axe.. but maybe not Grand Vizier's Garden Party!

Maybe all the gear is because they're doing a surprise encore of 'Terminal Frost' from AMLOR.

Hi there! Yes you are right it is kind of overkill!

    1. It is a costly niggle for me but I really am not fond of bending down and  adjusting pedals whilst onstage hence the Throbak, Buzz Tone, Boost, Marshall Guvnor that is about to replace the Tremotron and 2 Muffs. They will all be set up in a manner that will prevent that issue.

2 It is MY board and won't just be used for this project so it made sense to 'future proof' for me and have some stuff that would just be gatheriing dust otherwise.

3 I had to get it done quickly. I couldn't afford (time or expense) to buy new and/or smaller pedals.

    there you have it!
Mr Gassage has been (and continues!) to be very helpful with advice.
When I played in The Blockheads it was pretty much always straight into an amp (well with a tuner!) so I had been away from the world of pedals for altogether 15 years by the time 18 months ago that I originally started procuring the things again.

The main thing about the rig is that Clayton from Hi-Tone has been an absolute godsend in his support and I am using a DG50 and Eclipse 4x12. That is obviously the real guts of the sound.

Anyway... Thanks for taking an interest! If you are into this era of Floyd then I hope that you get to see us at some point and would like to think that you would enjoy it and hopefully I don't do too many things that will have people up in arms! It is a fun project and the only egos in it are the songs themselves!

    Best,
    Lee

Wondering if these two Rick Wright songs part of the set-list:
    Paintbox
    Remember a Day

And whether the band are brave enough to attempt Bike?
