Why do Telecasters look so nice?

I've never seen a bad looking Tele. Metallic, flowery, pink, natural, walnut, green, purple, yellow, silver disks, dots, blue, sunburst, gold, silver, with humbuckers, binding, semi-hollow, maple or rosewood fretboards, coloured headstocks, they all look great!
If we are not ashamed to think it, we should not be ashamed to say it.

    The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

    A slab is a large flat thick piece of something. It's not contoured or shaped, like a Strat or an SG is.

    Because they’re beautifully simple. I’ve always loved them in Arctic White with a maple board.
