    thats what I think when I see my misses in the morning. 
    The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

    I'm sure she feels the same... ;-)

    Oh and back to the guitar for a moment... I work in Bourne, Lincs so could bring it to work for a collection very easily. I would also consider a meet up at a motorway service station or similar at a weekend - anywhere within reason, and anyhere without reason if you are prepared to pay the fuel.

    Another pathetic attempt by me to sell this amazing instrument... I am in need of a bass (5 string, pref) so would entertain deals involving such... cash either way...

    My only five-string bass is a Warwick Streamer Pro Stage II, modified by its previous owner with Seymour Duncan Phase 2 active pickups and a bespoke brass nut. (The one that did not go to Poland.)

    Sounds nice but probably a bit rich for my blood... I'd only have about £300 to put in.
