I've got a Recovery Pedals Cutting Room Floor on the way after @VJIves suggested it and that'll have to do for a bit (I've got another kit in mind too, but not completely convinced myself yet).

I've had an email this morning which informs me that something is out for delivery, either the music stand or possibly the pedal.

I haven't looked to see which so I shall only know when I see the box. Simple things amuse simple minds

I also retrieved a toy I bought for my daughter a few years ago, which should add something special to my recordings . . .

p.s. it was the music stand. The next challenge is to see if I can fit four music stands in the available space.

You've obviously never farted into a Fray Bentos pie dish, wafting it like a trumpet mute - same effect.
