Diago Board - Replacement handle ideas?

Hi all, apologies if this is in the wrong place.

My 14 month old, home use only diago tourman handle just shattered. More specifically the metal bracket attached to the case that holds the handle in place. I was walking with it and “ping” no more handle (ironically the board was empty!)

Anyone know the Diago website/contact details (I couldn’t find it on google)?

Alternatively anyone know where to source a replacement (better?!) handle?

It's the same handle as the one on the DSL401 combo I have been lugging around for 12 years!

14 months is pretty crappy though - do you have any kind of receipt/invoice you can use as ammo for a replacement?

If you contact them they'll send you replacements - one of mine went and they sent a new set. Annoyingly the other one went recently, and I now can't find the spare one that was left over ...

The bracket also broke on mine, to fix I took it to my local hardware store and got two screws and two washers and screwed
the handle straight to the board without the brackets. Its actually stronger now than it ever was.
I can take a pic later if youre not sure what im on about.

I have a tourman and a gigman, and both have cracks forming. Seems to be a pretty common problem.

I just contacted them and they have posted out a replacement free of charge. Pretty good service!

they are very helpful.  They sent our replacement carpet for my showman when it wore through.
