Sound-proofing a garage - recommendations

Mine was a sound-proofing thing (acoustic kit for my son), Man Cave for me and where possible, band rehearsals.

It's not something I could do myself or entrust to a builder without any idea of sound-proofing at this level.

Yeah I been looking at doing this for a while, finally saved up a lot of cash so looking to get it done sometime in 2019.

These builders are taking ages to get back to me though! But will definitely be updating as soon as the work gets started (whenever that will be)
