Lime Green Stratocaster?

Has anyone seen these for actual sale? I have gotten obsessed with a custom shop lime green stratocaster, and I figured out it was the color. I have since bought a couple of strats, that I don't want to refinish but I really have to have a Lime Green Strat, it's the reason I got the other two.

Now, I have seen one for sale around a year ago, a journeyman 1963 relic model, way out of my price range. I regularly search the net for one, and I found one that was sold less than a year ago, it was Custom Shop but not the same model as above, and it was within my budget.

I guess I'll have to buy a strat and refinish it as the Lime Green strats are rarely for sale and very expensive due to rarity when they are. Has any of you seen these for sale? Are there any colors that do that to you? Would I be best off buying a strat body in lime green instead? Thanks

7up green on the Clapton sig is probably the closest thing on a production strat. Might be a bit darker than you're looking for though.

You mean Candy Apple Green? There was a CS 60's relic in GuitarGuitar for ages. Then when I had the wedge, somebody beat me to it. Grrrrrrr! I loathe relics, but that colour is superb.

If you can live with a Floyd, a 'slime' green Charvel Pro Mod might do the job. They're good guitars, and the humbuckers can be split. If you want something cheap to mod, you could buy an FSR sparkle green Squier and replace the pickguard assembly. (They come with humbuckers.)

THanks, I have seen the Charvel, but I notice this color on anything. I would love it to be a custom shop but I really think the best way is having a body painted. But the above pic is from a guitar that was on sale for £2k, I could spring for that, but at £2k I can get a real nice one with a nice paint job.

Anybody know any places in London for refinishing? I'll call to discuss details but first I'd like some recomendations as I don't want my guitar shipped to Spain for spraying and then shipped back to UK for drying, someone told me that's what they do to get around UK laws about nitro spraying or something like that

I owned this for a while which was a guitar I stumbled across on ebay. It was a custom re-finish done by a car re-spray workshop. The colour was Lamborghini green. It was a lovely colour.
