Did anyone else go to this?

It does seem a bit odd holding an indoor festival in the summer.... Youd have thought that being indoor it would be better to hold it later or earlier in the year?   Anyways  :)

For those who don't know it was at the O2 and held over three days. One day they had Megadeath as headliners, the next was The Scorpions and the night I went (Sunday the last night) we had YES or ARW YES or Quintessential Yes or whatever you want to call them..  We also had an hour of Roger Hodgson from Supertramp which I quite enjoyed.

Also for those that don't know Quintessential YES is Trevor Rabin, Jon Anderson and Rick Wakeman.

I got me some footage for anyone interested in the progness of it all  :)

Roger

Then some Yes..

First song

Then for the last song (pre encore) a 12 min version of Owner of a Lonely Heart/Sunshine of Your Love in which Trevor and Rick go walkies in the crowd and Rick walks right past me  :)  All in all a pretty good evening,

I didn’t have tickets, but met a friend for a beer down at the 02 on the Sunday.  I caught a couple bands on the Orange stage (free) that sounded good.  Seemed like a pretty popular & well attended event.

I was at the Saturday night ..Scorpions headlined and Megadeth  second on the bill..

Scorps were great as always and the production and sound were pretty good

Yeah that's them, I didn't have a beer there, but it looked decent. A food truck or 2 was alongside it.

I was just there for the Saturday  crewing for Orange Goblin. Managed to see Megadeth and Scorpions as well.
Scorps were incredible and it was good to see some earlier tracks in the  Megadeth set list.
