“He whose name cannot be mentioned”?

It bears many of His signature “upgrades”.

I particularly like the fact that he states that the guitar stand, which cannot be seen, is not included.
    Deal-breaker for me, that.

I'm loving the bugle headed screws holding the neck on (we hope) that are not on a plate or countersunk. Do you think it intonates?
The hack of the scratchplate around the bridge and the irregular shape of the blanking plate just confirm all you need to know.
    Thats quality right there.

The description is certainly Phillipsesque, with the "light fingering" and "flow of play". The only way to be sure is to examine the dental records (i.e. the nut).

I would *love* to see under that trem cavity cover...

But that doesn't look like a 7-string headstock, I think?

I am surprised that the headstock does not include His customary superfluous seventh machinehead hole. ;)

    i'm conflicted.

on one hand, that leather flap affair (a 'mojo flap' so the mojo can come & go in the evening without disturbing the owner?) is a bit disturbing. there could be an evil spider under there or something supernatural. it provokes a fear of the unknown.

but on the other hand, at least the owner had a go. you know... points for trying??
they had a vision. inspiration & ambition collided & galvanised activity and...well... they may not have achieved what they set out to do but... we all have dreams...

Mojo flap is clearly for increased usefulness by way of offering pick storage, biscuit storage, and possibly even sandwich storage for mid-gig munching.

Maybe you could fashion a dispenser for said picks/biscuits/sandwiches and use the clearly ample space behind the trem cover to fit it in.

    Onto a winner, I reckon.

I like the way the strings go all over the place between the trem bar wrap and the bridge. Anyway I'm calling it a fake, there are screw slots in the bridge posts!
