I'm looking for some info on a brand of guitar and google is not my friend ...

The seller says he bought it from a northern guitar show a couple of years ago … 'Chevin' on the headstock but no further info / serial etc.
I've drawn a blank so far.
Are these made in a small scale workshop and sold at the guitar shows?
Are they Chinese imports of some kind?
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Looks like a cheap Chinese generic "whatever" guitar tbh.

I'm guessing the price you bought it for would have told you if its a Chinese copy or small workshop...

Seller says no label / serial / markers … did the Les Paul have something saying Made in China?
How bad a pos was it?

Looks are a difficult thing to go on … most things can be made to look good … are you seeing anything specific telling informing your opinion?

I haven't bought it … I've been asked by a beginner guitarist if it might be a reasonable buy.

it may be cheap and chinese, but if you play it your ears and fingers will tell you whether it's a pos or if it is worth the asking price.

Yup, I like them, too. That palm tree vibe fits the look of the guitar.
