Compact mic stands??

Looking for something that folds up fairly small - but is still a fairly sturdy bit of kit.  Have been using Beyerdynamic GST 400 and GST 500 boom stands.... so I'm looking for something that's similarly sturdy - but folds up a bit shorter than those stands.

Digitalkettle (of this parish) kindly mentioned K&M 252 boom stands.  So... before I buy a couple of those, is there anything that folds up even smaller?

K&M make the branded stands for Bayer Dynamic and a few others. Thomann sell some good budget copies but some cheap ones are flimsy. K&M is a lifetime investment.
