NGD - Lemon and Greened

Picked this up today from the exquisite @cosmicned ;

Who is a delight to deal with, a superb host and a hell of a guitar player too.

I wouldn’t have known a Peter Green LP from a a hole in the sky until today and certainly wasn’t looking for one but this guitar does make you fall in love with it so easily. 

By the time the rest of my day was done, it was a bit late for making real noise so we took the little Cub outside to catch the last of the rays together. Me and Les Pauls have always gotten off to whirlwind romance starts and then cooled off after a while. Have my fingers crossed this one will part of the family for a long long time to come???

Noooooooo. All my pickguards are banished to the highest room in the tallest tower.

I let go of it for no more than a half a second to grab the shot and still had my heart in my mouth, even though I was in grabbing range the whole time

I love it. Obviously it sounds very small but it does it in a way that’s totally enjoyable and it’s perfect for garden noodling and looking gorgeous on a shelf when you’re not.

Sounds good. I'd hoped to try before I buy but nowhere local had them and then I caved and bought online. It's going to be a long afternoon's wait.

Back on topic: lovely new guitar too.
