Comments?  I don’t agree with the order of adjustments; I would always balance the trem before setting the string height and intonation.

I would say you need to set the string height first because it affects the balance point - the height of the saddle alters the ratio of forces on the bridge. Intonation should always be done last - it does not affect the balance, contrary to what they say.
