If I were to sell my 50W EVH 5150, what should I get?

Stick with the badger and buy another guitar instead

A Mark IV or a Lonestar Special for nice cleans and a true lead channel. either at around £1000.

Or that jet city thing with SLO dna? don't know much about it but I assume it's cheap for what it is.

Don't really need more than the Badger and a few good pedals, that's what I'm realizing.

    It is a spectacular amp!

Maybe I'll just sell the 5150 and spend the money on something else.

That's another good option! I often think of going back to the badger but the pedal hunt bores me...

this or hang on to it until you need a hgh gain head or if you see something you want you can trade or sell it then - they seem to sell quickly (or at least they did when I was looking for one).

If I was to sell mine it would be to get a badcat or matchless - but you have those tones covered with the Suhr so I'm struggling to suggest anything that sounds as good as the evh without spending a lot of extra money.

If the Badger covers you for cleans and rhythmn stuff, you just need something for silly OTT leads, so get yourself a Jet City, which'll be cheaper than the EVH so you can spend the difference on booze.

I've got an AMT P-2 pedal so I can get 5150 tones from the badger with that!

Sounds like you have no need for a second amp then.

Cash in and bank it for when you get GAS for something else
