Wow ,that actually looks pretty nice. I need to be educated here as other than the lack of nibs I can't see much wrong with that (although that sticker on the back looks pretty dubious)

I've messaged the seller to point out the fact, so let's see what happens...

That's quite clever; giving your Chibson to a pawnbroker in exchange for a "loan".

Honestly I'm not being disingenuous although it's early and I may have missed something obvious !

The sticker is probably genuine Gibson

My standard forum ‘joke’ is the word ‘sticker’, based on a vintage dealer selling a guitar which had lost its serial number, with some cock and bull story about the removal of a sticker having caused the loss of the number.

Sorry - I wasn’t in any way having a pop at you.

Even the bids are fake. There is a bunch of words declaring that the bidder identities are private instead of the usual eBay format mixture of letters, numbers and asterisks.

Clue is in the seller business name - Cash Recycler

Ah yes of course, I remember that now and I didn't think you were having a pop I just thought I was being dopey and missing something obvious !

Just report it as fake to Ebay and get it pulled. I've already reported it and hopefully, they will remove it from sale.

Whats going on around the lower horn area? Just the wrong dimensions or something? My eye keeps getting drawn to it as looking wrong.

If you had some gigs to do in dodgy venues, maybe a cheapo Chibson would be the kind of guitar to take in there so long as the usual musical parameters are not too compromised.
"Working" software has only unobserved bugs. (Parroty Error: Pieces of Nine! Pieces of Nine!)
Seriously: If you value it, take/fetch it yourself

Why not just use an Epiphone rather than something this shoddy?

maybe a dumb question but given modern cnc technology why is it so hard to make a copy/fake that is not dead on correct, at least in shape, knob, bridge positions and correct truss rod cover. or is it deliberately off?
