I've had 3 or 4 guitars off them over the years. Always good to deal with.

I've had a few guitars from there as well.
    Awesome company and really helpful
The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

It’s a shame Jason McNamara isn’t there anymore. Has anyone filled his shoes as a perfect west-meets-east interpreter?

They had Johan in there, who was great with customer follow up and great west-meets-east interpreter as well. Unfortunately I think he left a couple of weeks ago. But they're a great store, really nice service. I've bought lots of stuff from them.

Yes twice .I bought an Aerodyne Tele ad a TN-SPL thinline Fender Japan from them .Arrived quickly but you have about 20% VAT to pay on item  and postage cost  plus 12 quid  Post office handling charge .The Aerodyne  arrived in 3 days and no customs but that was a while back in 2007 .I dare not look on the site .They also were on Ebay .if Fender Japan is in mind worth remebering most are 7.5 radius (184)
