Currently saving for a chinese epiphone riviera reissue , with mini humbuckers and a frequensator tailpiece, has anyone got one they are thinking of selling, or no what reasonably I could expect to pay

It’s a few years ago now, but I got my Peerless one with some Seymour Duncan Phat Cats and a hard case for 350 I think. I can’t imagine they’ll have gone up that much in price, unless you’re looking for a Nick Valensi one.

Not how much they go for but the early 80's Korean ones are great

  • The other guitar player in my band has an early 90’s and has no issues. I had a mid 00’s and the centre block wasn’t a solid piece of wood, it seemed like it was made up from a load of jenga blocks that weren’t very well glued together. They’d drop away at regular intervals and rattle around in the body . It looked cool as f**k though.

I had one of the Korean models from 1997, really good well built guitar. Slim necks on these.

I currently have an ‘83 Matsumoku built Riviera, and it’s one of the best guitars I’ve ever played.
