I like it a lot!  At first I thought it looked a bit too slabby, but it has the forearm and ribcage contours and even a bit of a contoured heel.  Nice to see them coming up with an original design, I hope it sells well.

I wonder how it's wired with the three controls?

It just needs a slightly larger edge radius. That's what causes the slabbiness.

Hi guys!

I’m glad to hear that you like the design.
It’s been a long process going on for many years, with a total of four prototypes built.

 I have no problem seeing the parallel some of you draw to other makes, but I always start on scratch, working within pretty narrow parameters of what’s original and what is good looking.

I wanted a Tele-vibe to the body, so I decided to go for the 1/8” body radius. This has now been changed to 3/16” (60’s style Tele).
as a matter of fact, the two prototypes shown on the picture with my old Vox (love it), has the new 3/16” body edge radius, even though I built these before the MJT prototypes shown in the eBay ad.

But this is now all sorted. I’m waiting on two new bodies from MJT as we speak, and wil pair them whit a Rosewood- and a all Maple neck, featuring the new headstock design.

So, to put it shot: I changed the body radius back to were it originally was, after reading your feedback here. Bur I don’t want to make it to big, because it will interfere with the pickguard line, and drag the design more in the Strat direction.

Really like the look of those! The woodgrain on the Prestige model look great + the block fretboard inlays.  Although the red & blue standard range look fine.  What I think does it for me is the contrasting pick-ups (exposed & chrome)
