First time I've sprayed a sc burst, it's a customer build, it's getting mild ageing

Another nearing completion, just needs a few bits done before getting heavily faded and nicely aged

Thanks I'm glad you like it, it's my No1 guitar now despite having a few bursts kicking about, it'll get played to death

I blame Marc at mojo pickups because I made his goldtop with bigsby and it just sounded fantastic unplugged

I also played a 58 burst and 54 goldtop, I'd have taken the goldtop home

WoW !  I have just been through this thread for the first time since joining the board and the has really blown me away. Absolutely fantastic work Sir !   Inspirational.  Love that ageing on the GoldTop. I have a pre production 94 McCarty Goldtop that's starting to show some ageing in the finish, but I wish it looked like that Goldtop of yours !!  Amazing.

SC junior burst nearly finished, it just needs ageing, the checking has already been started, it'll be really good going by it's unplugged tone

Coronet inspired DC tele in the making, It's very lightweight limba and will get a bigsby b5 plus a mojo dogear p90

This junior is in for an aged refinish, it's also getting a mojo dogear p90 and a nylon nut, the burst and colour is on just build coats left to do

The goldtop is stunning ... I have donor cherry sunburst jap tokai that I'd really like to get this sort of a result on - what should I be asking santa to reserve in the way of beer tokens ?

Coronet style build is strung up, this will become a standard model once I've worked everything out, this weighs a spectacular 5.4lb now, pickup routes next then fit everything sand and finish, candy apple red is favourite right now
I'll work on a 2 humbucker version for my sort of sg beater but it'll need a different neck joint
