Tremulus Lune volume increase??

So I used my home made Tremulus Lune tremelo at band practice for the first time last week and my perception was that there was a volume increase when the effect was on. Hadn't noticed this before when playing at house volume. I thought the usual issue with tremelo's was a volume drop, so surprised with this...

I guess it might be something to do with the way the controls interact and I just haven't found the sweet spot yet. More experimenting required...

ETA: Oops silly me - it's so long since I built it that I forgot there is an internal trim pot... Probably need to play about with this.

I used to have a tremulus lune, mine had a volume knob which was super useful.

Yeah I think some builds of it put the trim pot on the outside
