Good condition, bought on a whim, realised I don't actually need it.

Has velcro on bottom, although not applied by me as the dreadful degenerate pervert is from the "smooth on pedal, rough on board" camp. Honestly, I ask you.

'Hook' velcro still with the packaging though, so no problem for a Right Thinking Person to attach it to their board.
