Hey guitar lovers

I'm in the market for a 'straightforward' Fender Strat' and have a wish list:
  • Budget up to a grand (though I could push the boat out for something extraordinary).
  • US or Mexican.
  • Rosewood or roasted maple board.
  • Maximum weight of 7.5 lbs but preferably a lighter one.
  • 3 single coils though quality isn't too important as I have some Klein Epic '54s to install.
  • No fancy locking trem's.
  • Silver hardware - no gold.
  • Open to body colours other than sunburst - just not my thing. I tend to like lighter colours, sonic blue, white....
