NGD - Epiphone Riviera MIJ '83 Antique Burst

Bagged this little beaut the other day. It's been hidden away for most of it's life, even had the original strings and cellophane on the pickguard! Needless to say, needs a good setup, but even so, plays lovely.  

There's not too much about these on the internet, but I believe they were only made without the customary Frequensator tailpiece for a few years. I know Bonehead had/has the same Antique Burst.

P.S. Apologies to AndyR didn't mean to high jack his NGD 330 thread!

 Very similar to mine though mines an 82 and had been gigged pretty hard before I got it.  It’s also had the scratchplate changed to a black one.  

Whats the neck on yours like @lovestrat74 mines massive but I’ve never played another to compare it to.

This one is a nice rounded C, not big and certainly not slim..

Lovely. Quite a rare find that age/condition.

You just need to get yourself a job as Bonehead in an Oasis tribute band now.

Prolly not what it was designed for!... but... it plays really well... may have to keep a look out...
