The only problem is that it doesn't really do a truly clean sound, there's always a bit of hair around the notes...




I like that a lot - it really takes me back to kids' TV in the 1970s .

It's a bit like the 60s Kustom tuck'n'roll - slightly silly, but actually quite practical... I bet it won't scuff or tear like normal tolex does. It would probably wash fairly easily if you took the chassis out too.

Or leave the chassis in to get more clean sounds.

I think that gels really well.

I'm guessing you get a nice soft clipping at lower settings, and a lovely scrunchie overdrive as you crank it up.
