The Strat-shaped Teles don't look as bad with sharp body edges, to be fair - they do have more of a transitional-P-Bass look to them.

And the Feline doesn't look *quite* as bad because the lower horn of the pickguard is the right shape, rather than that bloated monstrosity...

I think that would look great without the top horn, ie just a rounded, contoured tele. The strat top horn looks weird with that pickguard.
