For sale is my Gibson Les Paul 1959 reissue in Bourbon Burst. This guitar is absolutely stunning. Compared to other historic reissue Les Pauls this one had a woody, airy tone to it. It's a great weight at 8.6lbs and has a very comfortable medium sized neck with a slightly soft V profile. Neck measurements are 0.921"/23.4mm at the first fret and 1.016"/25.8mm at the 12th fret.

Overall I would say the condition is excellent (9/10) with no breaks or cracks. This guitar sounds really great and as such has been played. It has the odd ding as to be expected, but there are not many at all. There are some slight scratch marks on the headstock from restringing and there is a slight nick on the top (photographed). Apart from this the guitar is pretty much in spotless condition. The finish really shines beautifully showing off the wonderful and tasteful flame top this guitar boasts. The rosewood fretboard is a lovely dark colour. I've always looked after this guitar and treated it with the utmost respect. It has been kept it in its case and strings changed/guitar polished with the correct nitro-cellulose polish regularly. Includes original hard shell case and the original hang tags etc.

    This is a 2011. When I bought it I thought it should’ve had a lifton case. But when I looked into it I found out they were black cases that year. It really is a stunner of a guitar.
