Probably too radical for many people, but I think this is lovely

In that middle pic it looks quite phallic.

Now that is all I can see

I do quite like the idea of a headless though - is there any purpose to the mini headstock area or is that just part of the design?

I have wondered about that, an increasing number of headless builds that I’ve seen lately (Mayones comes to mind) seem to eschew the minimalism of the original Steinbetger head piece and leave a fair chunk of wood where the headstock would’ve been

I like it. The only thing I would say against it is I am not sure about the two tone finish. Bet it’s a great guitar to play though.

I really like that. Offering something a little different without the feel of different for differently sake.

Not a million miles away from some of Prince’s guitars, I’ve just realised.

I'd rock that, but as far as headless go it's Strandberg all day long for me just for the Endurneck.

Not a fan of the logo positioning, and I'd have the natural wood more of a matte finish than gloss.

I clicked expecting some eldritch horror. That's... actually really cool. Looks like something someone playing for nineties era Bowie would have had.

  • I've seen some proper horrors being played on YouTube - design for design's sake, like @dazzajl said. Love that though, I'd definitely play it
Too much gain... is just about enough \m/

I'm probably the only member of this forum mentioned by name in Whiskey in the Jar ;)

Many don’t use double ball ended strings.  Unlike like the steinbergers.

You get proper string clamps instead, so it needs a bit more structure up there.  I think it’s just become part of the style after that.

  • I really like that especially the two-tone finish
