I've been shit...and still have 3 Hercules wood backed hangers in unopened packaging from last year... if you want them.

There was an interesting vid on yootoob recently by the Gosforth Handyman where he tested various fixings in plasterboard. The results were interesting enough if you can spare 12 mins.

Ultimately you do fix to plasterboard at your own risk.

He's reasonably watchable.
