You'll either love it or hate it 

After 2 eps I was a bit "errr this isn't what iwas expecting" but then I was hooked 

The final couple are brilliantly bonkers

It definitely grows on you, I really don’t like Jonah Hill, but even he was bearable

Yep.. am a fair way through this now.. it is a quirky tale that mixes futuristic with 70/80's styling...  and a bit of 2001: A Space Odyssey to boot.

Not as whacky as Marvel's Legion I might add.

I watched the first couple of episodes last week and it started to feel like a cheap copy of Legion.

go with it - it does get to kinda its own place 

albeit a place that would not exist without: the matrix, inception, legion, quantum leap, stranger things etc lol

Finished it last night.. it's very good with story resolution etc..

It did grow on me as well.  Jonah Hill is very different after his Gastric Bypass.  No more funny fat boy roles for him
