Watched it many times before, but I have to watch it again now.

I'm not even that much of a fan, but the OGWT Sultans performance from Knopfler is THE best performance from any guitar player I've ever seen. I've grown up watching it and it remains my favourite clip ever. Cheers!

I’ve met Knopfler a couple of times (on the ‘Love Over Gold’ and ‘Brothers in Arms’ tours). As a star-struck young lad, I inevitably had lots of guitar questions to ask. What came across was his genuine enthusiasm for all things guitar - he knew exactly which pick-ups were in each instrument, what strings were on them, etc. He’s clearly still the same - his continued love of the instrument is palpable in this program. Great piece of tele....

I've seen it two or three times.  It is very good.

Saw John Illsley live earlier this year.  Did a bit of his own stuff, and most of the classic Dire Straits songs.
